The role of the Agency in this project was in two directions:
Recruitment and management of island stores in shopping malls across the country, where the new device is presented and sold.
Recruitment of a team of social sellers nationwide and management of their work and employment. The main function of the team was to hold personal meetings with potential consumers to present the new device.
We have created a special program for professional training of the teams in both directions.
The company’s specialized software has been adapted so that retailers can make sales and report their activities in real time.
